This technique is actually an ancient practice and it has more than teeth-whitening benefits. Oil pulling can also bring about improvements on headaches and hangovers. As well as improvement on the skin. How does oil pulling provide these benefits? Coconut oil acts as an anti-oxidant and an anti-bacterial. You’ll simply need a tablespoon of coconut oil, swish it in your mouth (do not swallow) for 20 minutes.
