Oil Pulling or what is better know as kavala, is the process of swishing a spoonful of coconut oil in your mouth for roughly 20 minutes. You’ll simply need a tablespoon of coconut oil, swish it in your mouth (do not swallow) for 20 minutes. It’s even advised to throw the coconut oil in a garbage can rather than the sink because after 20 minutes, it is believed that the bacteria is collected in the oil and might transfer to your sink and clog it if you spit it in there.
